Tamper-proof operating hours counter

The tamper-proof operating hours counter accurately records the operating time of a machine as soon as the sensor (Reed contact magnetic switch Bernstein MAM-1812-5) detects an active state. In addition, the counter can be started manually via a button to read the operating hours even when the machine is in idle mode.
The robust IP64 housing reliably protects the electronics from dust and splash water. It is mounted using M4 swing brackets, which effectively dampen vibrations. The sensor has a cable length of approx. 1 m and is powered by a 9 V block battery in the housing.
