Here’s how it works:
The current engine speed is continuously monitored and compared to the target speed. If the speed drops below a critical threshold, the feed is automatically stopped – preventing overload. Once the engine stabilizes, the material feed resumes and the process continues.

The HCflex offers an enhanced No-Stress Function – not only stopping the feed but reversing it as long as the load is too high. Additionally, various wood profiles can be pre-configured.
