SMART display module
The SMART Display Module is a CAN module for displaying CAN J1939 parameters on analog instruments. It reliably converts selected CAN bus values into analog 4 to 20 mA signals, enabling easy connection of display instruments, a PLC, or a higher-level CAN control system.
The module has four configurable sensor outputs with 4 to 20 mA. These outputs can be used to output current engine and operating data from the CAN bus and process it further in the CAN control system or other systems. The use of an Rshunt with 0 to 100 ohms is supported.
Typical areas of application are mobile and industrial applications in which existing analog displays are to be reused or CAN data is to be efficiently integrated into higher-level control systems.
